LEGAL VIDEO SERVICES

AZ Videoworks works with some of the biggest court reporting firms in Phoenix- including Coash & Coash, Alliance Reporting and Driver & Nix Court Reporters to name a few.  They have chosen us because we provide punctual, courteous, & certified video operators, a generous included coverage area, backup gear to avoid downtime, and a quick turnaround- all at a competitive price.  We would like to provide this high level of service to your reporting firm as well.  Below are our rates and policies.  We look forward to working with you soon!

RATES:

  • Very competitive- please call for current rate!
  • Partial hour duration will be billed to the nearest ½ hour.
  • 1st DVD copy is included, extra copies are $5 each.
  • We will archive a copy of the deposition for 4 months at no charge.

CANCELLATIONS:

  • If the videographer isn’t notified of the cancellation until their arrival, an appearance fee of $50 will be charged.
  • Cancellations after equipment setup will be invoiced at $160.
  • To avoid fees resulting from a cancellation- videographer must be notified by phone no later than 3 hrs before start time.

TRAVEL:

  • Travel and mileage: No extra mileage cost for locations within 35 miles from central Phoenix.
  • Locations outside of 35 miles from central Phoenix may be charged a $0.50 per mile (depending on location).  Please call for more info.
  • For long distance assignments outside of Phoenix, a hotel stay may be required- and will be billed at cost.  If this is needed- the cost will be discussed before-hand.
  • Validation will always be attempted, however if parking fees are incurred they will be invoiced at cost.

EQUIPMENT:  Our video equipment meets or exceeds NCRA guidelines:

  • Professional camcorder for sharp bright video- with dual DVD backup recording systems.
  • Fluid head tripods for smooth and stable shots.
  • Professional lavaliere microphones are used- and individually mixed for clear & balanced sound.
  • Reporters are provided mp3s, line level & headphone outputs if they desire.
  • Neutral backgrounds (blue/gray) are used, and extra lighting is provided (if needed).

SHIPMENT:

  • Standard shipping of DVDs and paperwork is via USPS- which can take 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination.  This is included in the cost.  However if you desire faster shipping  (FedEx, UPS, or overnight) this method will be invoiced at cost.
